A week after intentionally inviting some friends to a social networking site called Doostang, I accidentally let Doostang harvest the 800+ email addresses in my Gmail and invite every one of them. This shows the results. What you can't see in this diagram is the ~90% of my contacts who did not respond at all.

To my credit, Doostang's interface was misleading. One of my invitees soon fell victim to the same mistake.
